Kathline Carr received a Martha Boschen Porter Fund artist's grant from the Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation to support the purchase of an etching press.

Iris Osterman has work in "D'Arista Legacy" at the American University Museum Katzen Arts Center, 4400 Massachusetts Ave, NW, Washington, DC.The exhibition runs September 4 - October 21.
Allison Maria Rodriguez has work in "The Cube Art Project", a public-art video installation at The Railyard, 350 Canopy Street, Lincoln, Nebraska. The exhibition will be up for a full year starting October 4, 2018. Opening reception is October 4, 2018 from 6pm - 8pm.
Rodriguez has a public-art video installation entitled "Vanishing Points" created in collaboration with painter Ashley Billingsley in Art on the Marquee: Round 25 at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center at 415 Summer Street in Boston, MA. The exhibition runs from June 29 - November 12.
Rodriguez also has work in "Mapping Worlds," a juried exhibition hosted by Spaceus Gallery at 11 First Street, Cambridge MA. Work will be on exhibit from October 2-14. Opening reception is October 5, 6-10pm.
Rodriguez was invited to create a series of artist notebooks for WBUR's The ARTery reflecting on her Earthwatch Fellowship in the arctic at the Churchill Northern Studies Centre. The first article, An Artist's Notebook: How Creativity and Science Converge, was released this summer. Please watch for the next piece in October.

Rebecca Skinner has work in the "Juried Members Exhibition" at Providence Center for the Arts located at 118 North Main Street, 2nd Floor, Providence, RI. The exhibit runs through October 12.
Skinner also has work in "Wicked Strange" at the Brookline Arts Center located at 86 Monmouth Street, Brookline, MA. The exhibition runs September 28-October 27. There is a Halloween Fundraiser Party from 7:00-9:30pm on Saturday, October 27.

Skinner will also have a booth at RISD Craft 2018 located on Benefit Street (between Waterman and Hopkins Streets) in Providence, RI. RISD Craft takes place on Saturday, October 6 from 10-5.
Gin Stone has curated, and is a participating artist in, “Creature Comforts” a small group show presented by the Cambridge Art Association at Kathryn Schultz Gallery, 25R Lowell Street, Cambridge, MA. Opening reception October 6, 6-8pm. Stone will give a brief talk as part of New Gallery Concert Series on October 20, 7pm. Artist Closing Talk on October 25, 6:30pm.
Sylvia Vander Sluis has fiber works in “Bearing Witness” at Gallery Sitka, 454 Main Street Fitchburg, MA. This is an exhibit of the North Central Mass. Chapter of The Women's Caucus for Art, featuring the work of Mia Scheffey. The exhibit runs October 6 – November 29, with an opening reception October 6, 2-4pm.
