Kathline Carr

  • Kathline Carr has several collaborative pieces in “YES JIM PETERS,” on view at Ethan Cohen Gallery, 251 W 19th St, New York City, until May 29.

  • Carr also has work in “Arts in Bloom,” juried by Tatiana Flis, at the Hopkinton Center for the Arts in Hopkinton, MA. The exhibition runs from May 7 - June 24 with an opening reception on May 7 from 6-7pm. 

  • Carr's piece, Constellate, is on view until May 14 in the Mayor's Gallery, 5th floor of Boston City Hall.

Sara Fine-Wilson

  • Sara Fine-Wilson has work in “The State of Clay” Biennial Exhibition at The Lexington Arts and Crafts Society, 130 Waltham St, Lexington MA. The show runs from May 15-June 13. Hours are Wed- Fri 12-4pm and Sat-Sun 10-5pm.

Kay Hartung

  • Kay Hartung has work in “Impressions VI” at Gallery Twist, 1963 Massachusetts Ave., Lexington, MA. The exhibition runs from April 11 to May 9.

Mary Marley

  • Mary Marley has been invited to profile current work in South Shore Art Center’s artist-of-the-month program from May 3 - June 1.

  • Marley will exhibit Headlong in “Pivot,” a national show juried by Katherine French.  

  • Marley’s mixed-media piece, Evacuate, is included in How Art Heals, a book by Andra Stanton, to be released May 23.

Vicki McKenna

  • Vicki McKenna has a platinum/palladium print in the “2021 National Prize Show” at the Kathryn Schultz Gallery, Cambridge Art Association, 25 Lowell St. Cambridge MA , and online. The in-person exhibition runs May 11 – June 1, with the online exhibition continuing until June 25. A virtual opening reception on Thursday, May 13, 6:30-7:30pm. RSVP required.

Ponnapa Prakkamakul

  • Ponnapa Prakkamakul has work in the Art Off The Wall event at the Brookline Art Center on May 15. An online gallery can be viewed from now until May 15. 

  • Prakkamakul has work in “Creative People Leading Climate Change Exhibition” at Augusta Savage Gallery UMass Amherst. The online show runs from April 16 - June 30. 

  • Prakkamakul has work in “Home Exhibition” at Arc Gallery in San Francisco. The online show runs from May 15 - June 12.   

  • Prakkamakul has a public art work installed at the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway near the Carousel. Snail Game hopscotch will be on view through the Fall. 

Allison Maria Rodriguez

  • Allison Maria Rodriguez will be a guest speaker at Davis Publications Media Arts Intensive, an online professional development opportunity for teachers interested in integrating Media Arts into their curriculum. The Intensive will take place May 7-8.

  • Rodriguez has projection work in “Approaching Maximum: the Climate Crisis Now” at VAE Raleigh (120 S. Wilmington Street) in Raleigh NC from March 12 - July 9. This exhibition explores the multifaceted impacts and the disproportionate effects of the climate crisis on Black, Brown, Indigenous and Queer individuals, people with disabilities, and Southern communities. The exhibition looks at how a wide scope of seemingly disparate themes related to the climate are in fact immeasurably intertwined. Event details coming soon.

  • Rodriguez is included in the virtual exhibition ACCESS – Art at Boston Center for the Arts from March 29 - May 30. This show explores the democratization of art and how access and audience are considered in artistic practice. The exhibition is curated by Amanda Contrada and features artists who received the Boston Red Bull Arts Microgrant. Event details coming soon.

  • Rodriguez has work in “Off World: Arctic Origins,” an exhibition curated by SUPERCOLLIDER from April 16 - June 30 as a part of the CultureHub Re-Fest 2021, held virtually this year. This exhibition uses the site of the Arctic Wilderness to consider human and non-human roles in reaching and exploring the red planet Mars. The works present a multifaceted investigation of the Arctic as a physical and psychological site.

Monica DeSalvo

  • Monica DeSalvo has work in the online exhibition “2020” with the Mary Cosgrove Dolphin Gallery at Worcester State University.

  • DeSalvo also has work in “Impressions VI” at Gallery Twist in Lexington at 1963 Massachusetts Ave., which runs until May 9.

Nan Hass Feldman

  • Nan Hass Feldman has the cover image and feature article out now in The Pen Woman, the National Magazine printed 4 times a year. Founded in 1897, the National League of American Pen Women, Inc. (NLAPW) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports and promotes professional women in arts, letters, music, and allied professions.

Dorothea Van Camp

  • Dorothea Van Camp has three monoprints in “(un)Confined: The Artists of Shepherd Maudsleigh Studio” at the FPAC Gallery at 300 Summer Street, Boston, MA.  The exhibition runs April 22 - June 3 with a virtual opening April 25 from 6-7pm. 

  • Van Camp's solo exhibit, “Breach,” can be seen at HallSpace, 950 Dorchester Avenue, Dorchester, MA. The exhibition runs May 29 - July 3, with an opening reception on May 29 from 2-5pm.

Rahim Gray

  • Rahim Gray has a solo show at Western Front Gallery, located at 121 Webster Ave, Chelsea, MA inside Western Front dispensary, 21+.  The exhibition runs April 20 – May 3-, 10am-9pm.

Susan Plant

  • Susan Plant has work in “Impressions VI, Annual Printmaking Exhibition” at Gallery Twist, 1963 Mass. Ave., Lexington, MA. The show runs from April 16-May 9, and the virtual reception is on Saturday, April 17 at 5pm.

Jed Sutter

  • Jed Sutter has been accepted as the latest represented artist at the Wright Gallery on Pier Road in the Cape Porpoise neighborhood of Kennebunkport, Maine.  The gallery is open Fridays through Sundays starting in May, and the gallery can be opened by prearrangement on other days.
