Tell us about this artwork: What makes it unique?

"The Earth is God" is a video created by combining hundreds of AI-generated images based on nature photography using a free software. The result is a meditation on the psychedelic patterns and forms that naturally appear around us on the planet, stressing interconnectivity.

Tell us about yourself: How did you come to be an artist in video/digital media?

As an artist I most closely identify as a poet, but I have recently taken interest in AI and deep learning and its relationship to ecology. The video visually alludes to the hypercomputer Mima in the epic science fiction poem Aniara by Harry Martinson.
