The Fountain Street Fine Art Gallery is presenting the work of Carrie Crane of Boylston and Tracy Spadafora of Westborough in a collection titled “Systematic Ambiguity," from May 21 to June 19 in Framingham.
Spadafora will be showing pieces from two of her recent series, “DNA” and “Evolve,” which feature images that speak to environmental concerns. Crane’s work follows themes of diagrams and maps and makes a commentary on infographics and how the public absorbs data contextually. The opening reception will be held at the gallery, located at 59 Fountain St. in Framingham, May 21 from 5 to 7 p.m. The artists will also hold a talk about their art June 12 at 2 p.m. For more information, visit www.fsfaboston.com.
