Kathline Carr has work in “Darkest Before Dawn: Art in a Time of Uncertainty” at Ethan Cohen KuBe at 211 Fishkill Ave., Beacon NY. Curated by Raul Zamudio and Ethan Cohen, the exhibition has been extended through February.
Patty deGrandpre has work in the “2021 Delta National Small Prints Exhibition” at Bradbury Art Museum at Arkansas State University. The exhibition runs January 21 - February 17.
Virginia Mahoney work, "Self Portrait - Approval Seeker, " was pictured and mentioned in the Jan/Feb issue of ArtScope magazine's review of the Attleboro Museum's Members' Show, which ran through January in Attleboro, MA. Mahoney’s work won a Juror’s Award in the Attleboro exhibit.
Ponnapa Prakkamakul has work in “Allston-Brighton's Winter Market.” Market date is November 13, 2020 - February 14, 2021.
Allison Maria Rodriguez's immersive installation In the Presence of Absence will be featured in the group exhibition "Land Akin" curated by Gabriel de Guzman at Smack Mellon in Brooklyn, NY from January 9 - February 21. "Land Akin" features BIPOC artists who are making work through embodied practices that convey cultural ways of knowing by engaging deep connections with land and place. Rodriguez will participate in a round table discussion on "Fashion, Relationship to Land & Identity" hosted by Tatiana Arocha in her installation "Impending Beauty" at Smack Mellon. Rodriguez was interviewed on the new series "Artists Looking at Animals" produced & hosted by Andy Pepper. Each episode of this series uses a particular animal (chosen by the guest) as a foundation for a conversation about our connection to the natural world & to other species. Rodriguez is featured on episode 03: Thylacine – with Allison Maria Rodriguez. You can hear all 6 episodes in the series launch on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and Google Podcasts.
Steve Sangapore has work in the “New Members' Show” at the Copley Society of Art in Boston, MA. The virtual exhibition runs January 14 - February 14.
Melissa Shaak has work exhibited at the Mayor's Art Gallery, Boston City Hall, as part of "Real F.R.I.E.N.D.S by Jamaal Eversley." The exhibit, which runs through February, is viewable by appointment only.
Sylvia Vander Sluis has work in “Becoming, Inaugural Associate Members’ Group Exhibition” at Boston Sculptors Gallery. The exhibit can be seen in person and will run January 27-February 21. Artists’ reception: Saturday, January 30, 1-5pm. First Friday, February 5, 4:30-8:30pm. Closing reception: Saturday, February 20, 1-5pm.
Vander Sluis’s work, Self-Portrait, is in “FACING YOU: A Portraits Show” at the Belmont Gallery of Art, Belmont, MA. This virtual exhibit will run December 18, 2020 – February 28, 2021.

Jeffrey Heyne presents his Boston waterfront photos in a solo show, “Unnatural: FoPo, SoBo, SeaPo,” at the 249 A Street Gallery, Fort Point, Boston, MA. Exhibition runs January 11 - February 21. Due to Covid restrictions, the Gallery is open by appointment only (call Jeff at 617-216-2805). The work can also be viewed through the windows along A Street (best at night).
