Nan Hass Feldman is having a solo exhibition, “Travel in Time: Mexico 250AD to 2019AD” with mixed-media works and paintings done from works of Pre-Columbian figures from the Rufino Tamayo museum in Oaxaca, Mexico. Deborah Drummond’s exhibit “Object Thoughts” is being shown at the Acton Memorial Library. The exhibit is a collection of her varied, abstract, mixed-media work featuring monoprinted and painted papers on paper and panel. The show runs from November 2 through December 29. An opening reception is planned for November 24, from 2:30-4:30 in the main Meeting room on the first floor of the library. One of Drummond’s acrylic paintings, “Acting on Matter,” is on display at the Webster Bank in Wellesley, with other members of the Wellesley Society of Artists.
